3.1 Independent Operations: The African Union Development Project is an autonomous pan-African development institution. We work solely on our own funding initiatives and internal activities. We do not act as a broker, intermediary, or guarantor for third-party contracts between other entities.
3.2 Project Funding: Our role is strictly limited to the evaluation, approval, and disbursement of funding for projects that align with our public mandate and strategic pillars, following our rigorous internal feasibility and appraisal process. We are not involved in the execution of contracts between project implementers (e.g., construction firms, suppliers) and governments or other private entities.
